Team Solent Kestrels 89-49 Magic Seniors

Magic Seniors moved to 0-3 in the NBL Division One after tough loss on the road at Team Solent Kestrels on Saturday evening.

Magic were led by Andre Gayle (16 points, 2 rebounds and an assist), with support from Jonathan Barnes (9 points, 14 rebounds and an assist), Saul May (9 points (1/1 3 pointers, 1/2 2 pointers, 4/4 free throws), 2 rebounds and a steal) and Josh Houghton (4 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists).

Caledonia Pride 59-76 Mystics WBBL

Mystics WBBL moved to 4-1 in the WBBL after a comfortable victory on the road at Caledonia Pride on Saturday afternoon.

Mystics were led by Evelyn Ovner (17 points, 9 rebounds, an assist, 2 steals and a block), with support from Samantha Roscoe (16 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists), Georgia Jones (12 points, 3 rebounds, 7 assists and 2 steals), Natalie Chaloner (10 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists and a steal), Rheanne Bailey (8 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists a steal and a block) and Jorjah Smith (7 points, 3 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals).

Up next for the Mystics WBBL is an away trip in the WBBL Championship to Essex Rebels on Saturday 24th November at 3:30pm.

Trafford U18 53-95 Sheffield Sharks

Magic Seniors moved to 0-4 in the NBL Division One after a tough loss at home to Nottingham McDonald's Hoods on Sunday evening.

Magic were led by Jonathan Barnes (13 points, 10 rebounds and 3 blocks) with support from Josh Houghton (17 points, 4 rebounds and 4 steals), Kayin Darbey (6 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals), Loick Pouale (7 points, 6 rebounds a steal and a block), Malachi Boakye-Yiadom (7 points, a rebound and an assist) and Andre Gayle (4 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists).

Up next for the Magic Seniors is a pair of home games against Barking Abbey Crusaders on Saturday 10th November at 6:30pm and Team Newcastle on Sunday 11th November at 5:00pm.

The following weekend the Magic are at home to Loughborough Riders on Saturday 17th November at 6:30pm, and play Essex Leopards in the National Cup Quarter Final on Sunday 18th November at TBC. On Saturday 24th November the Magic face Thames Valley Cavaliers at home at 6:30pm.
