Mystics WBBL 90-60 BA London Lions

Mystics WBBL moved to 3-0 in the WBBL Championship, after the Mystics beat to BA London Lions at home on Saturday afternoon.

Mystics were led by Captain Georgia Jones (20 points, 5 rebounds, a joint career-high 16 assists and a block - highlights here), with ample back-up from Samantha Roscoe (22 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists), Rheanne Bailey (20 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals), Jorjah Smith (13 points, 3 rebounds and 4 assists), Evelyn Ovner (10 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals and a block) and Rachel James (5 points, 6 rebounds and an assist).

Derbyshire Arrows 79-97 Magic Seniors National Cup Round 3

Magic seniors opened their National Cup campaign with a victory on the road to Division Two side Derbyshire Arrows on Sunday.

Magic were led by Richard Bell's 21 points, 14 rebounds and a block, with support from Andre Gayle (18 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 5 steals), Loick Pouale (13 points, 4 rebounds 3 assists, 2 steals and a block), Jonathan Barnes (11 points, 13 rebounds and a steal), Kayin Darbey (11 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals) and Daniel Pilkington (10 points, 7 rebounds and a steal).

Magic seniors advance to the National Cup Round 4, where they will face Reading Rockets at home, date and time to be confirmed.

City of Leeds Basketball Academy (Allerton) 102-99* Magic U18 National Cup Round 3 *after overtime
