Magic Seniors moved to 1-13 in the NBL Division One Men after a disappointing loss on the road against Team Newcastle on Saturday afternoon.

Magic were led by Jonathan Barnes (18 points, 6 rebounds, an assist and a steal), with support from Ryan Lewis (13 points, 7 rebounds, an assist and a steal), Richard Bell (9 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists and a block), Kayin Darbey (6 points, 2 rebounds, 6 assists and a steal) and Daniel Pilkington (6 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists and a steal).

Magic U14 moved to 10-1 in the Premier North after a mammoth win at home against Newcastle Eagles on Saturday afternoon.

Magic 3 U14 77-45 Manchester Giants Purple

Magic 3 U14 moved 6-8 in the North West 2 League after a considerable win at home against in-city rivals Manchester Giants Purple on Saturday afternoon.

Bury Spinners 14-60 Mystics U12

City of Leeds 0-58 Mystics U12

Mystics U12 moved to 9-1 in the U12 Girls Northern Basketball League after two resounding wins in Leeds on Saturday afternoon.

Up next for the Mystics U12 is their final league game at home against City of Leeds on Saturday 16th March at 2:30pm.

Mystics U14 played a couple of friendlies on Saturday afternoon against some of the best teams from down south, beating Oaklands Wolves (top of South East Conference) 58-49 and Richmond Knights (Second, with a game in hand, in the South Conference) 55-35.

Sevenoaks Suns 78-58 Mystics WBBL

Mystics WBBL moved 8-5 in the WBBL Championship after a 20-point loss on the road at Sevenoaks Suns on Sunday afternoon.

Mystics were led by Sam Roscoe (16 points, 7 rebounds and 2 blocks), with support from Evelyn Ovner (13 points, 9 rebounds, an assist and 3 steals), Rheanne Bailey (11 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists and a steal), Georgia Jones (5 points, 2 rebounds, 10 assists and a steal), Natalie Chaloner (4 points and 5 rebounds), Jorjah Smith (6 points, an assist and a steal) and Julie Page (3 points and 2 rebounds).
