Thames Valley Cavaliers 80-77 Magic Seniors

Magic Seniors moved to 2-22 in the NBL Division One Men after a slim loss 'on the road' (but played at the Manchester Basketball Centre) against Thames Valley Cavaliers on Thursday evening.

Magic were led by Richard Bell (19 points, 13 rebounds, 6 assists, a steal and a block), with support from Jonathan Barnes (19 points, 14 rebounds and 2 blocks), Ryan Lewis (14 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists), Daniel Pilkington (7 points, 6 rebounds and an assist), Andre Gayle (7 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, a steal and a block), Kayin Darbey (6 points, an assist and 2 steals), Malachi Boakye-Yiadom (3 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals and a block), Luke Gordos (2 points, a rebound and a steal), Ty Jordan (a rebound and a assist) and Saul May (an assist).

Magic Seniors 74-92 Hemel Storm

Magic Seniors moved to 2-23 in the NBL Division One Men after a sizeable loss at home against Hemel Storm on Saturday evening, to go 0-2 on the week.

Magic were led by Daniel Pilkington (15 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 steals), with support from Richard Bell (14 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assists and a block), Ryan Lewis (14 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists), Jonathan Barnes (13 points and 7 rebounds), Andre Gayle (8 points and 3 rebounds), Ty Jordan (6 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists), Luke Gordos (4 points, 2 rebounds and an assist), Kayin Darbey (a rebound, 4 assists and a steal) and Josh Grant (4 rebounds).

Mersey Mavericks 33-58 Mystics 2 U14

Mystics 2 U14 moved to 14-2 in the North League after a conformable win on the road against Mersey Mavericks on Saturday afternoon.

Mystics 2 U14 have now finished their league campaign in 2nd place in the North League and advance to the second round of the Play-offs, after earning a bye in the first round thanks to being a top 8 seeded team. They must wait to find out their opponent in second round, which will take place on the weekend of Saturday 6th April/Sunday 7th April.

Leicester Riders 79-65 Mystics WBBL

Mystics WBBL moved to 9-7 in the WBBL Championship after a sluggish loss on the road against Leicester Riders on Sunday afternoon.

Mystics were led by Julie Page (17 points, 8 rebounds and 2 assists), with support from Sam Roscoe (13 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists and 4 steals), Rheanne Bailey (13 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, a steal and a block), Georgia Jones (11 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and a steal), Evelyn Ovner (6 points, 3 rebounds, an assist and a steal), Rachel James (3 points, 2 rebound, 3 assists and a steal), Natalie Chaloner (2 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists and a steal), Jorjah Smith (2 rebounds and an assist) and Jade Mbam (2 assists and a steal).
